• All charging stop suggestions are estimates and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
• Charger availability, compatibility, pricing, opening hours, and reliability can change at any time.
• Always verify charger details in Google Maps or the operator’s official apps before driving.
• Driving conditions (speed, traffic, weather, HVAC use, elevation) may significantly change real EV range.

3) Safety

You are responsible for safe driving and planning. Do not use the Service in a way that distracts you while driving.

4) Third-party services

The Service may rely on third-party services (Google Maps Platform, Formspree, advertising networks). Your use of those services is governed by their terms and policies.

5) Advertising

The site may display advertisements (e.g., Google AdSense). We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads.

• Do not abuse, interfere with, or attempt to reverse engineer the Service.
